MRS. O. J. NELSEN RITES SATURDAY

Mrs. O. J. Nelsen of Detroit, Michigan, formerly of Blair, died at the home of her daughter in Detroit last Tuesday. The body will be brought to Blair, arriving Friday, and funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Lutheran Church, followed by interment in the Blair cemetery.

Mrs. Rose Nelson Rites Last Sat.

Mrs. Rose Nelson, sister-in-law of Mrs. Paul J. Paulsen, of Blair, and the widow of Olaf J. Nelson, a former resident of Blair, passed away in Detroit, Michigan last week and her body was brought to Blair for burial. Funeral services were held at the First Lutheran Church last Saturday, October 23, Rev. H.C. Jorgensen officiating. Burial was made in the Blair cemetery.

Mrs. Nelson is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Elmer Bierman, of Detroit, Michigan, a son, Marvin, who is a student at the University of Nebraska, by two sisters and five brothers.

MRS. ROSE NELSON, EX-RESIDENT, DIES

Mrs. Rose Nelson, onetime Blairite, whose husband, the late Olaf J. Nelson, was once night operator at the Blair depot, died last week in Detroit, Mich. The body was returned to Blair, and funeral services were held Saturday at First Lutheran church, the Rev. H.C. Jorgensen officiating. Burial followed in Blair cemetery.

Mrs. Nelson, sister-in-law of Mrs. Paul j. Paulsen, of north of Blair, is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Elmer Bierman of Detroit, and a son, Marvin, student at the University of Nebraska. There are two sisters and five brothers.
