JUDSON H. BOWMAN DIED SEPT. 9TH

Judson H. Bowman, well known in Blair, was born at Osage, Iowa January 12, 1868.

He was married to Henrietta McVay August 6, 1893 at Carroll, Nebraska. To this union five children were born - two daughters, Hazel Waterman of Denver, Colorado and Barbara Hill of Englewood, Colorado; and three sons, Clare, now in China; Fay, serving in the Merchant Marine and Arthur of El Paso, Texas.

Mr. and Mrs. Bowman observed their golden wedding anniversary at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Denver, Colorado this past August 6th. Their entire married life was spent in Nebraska - the past forty years in Blair.

Mr. Bowman was baptized into the Church of Christ about ten years ago, and served as Deacon and Trustee, which offices he held at the time of his death.

He passed away at Samaritan Hospital, Denver, Colorado, September 9, 1943, and besides his widow and the above mentioned children, leaves three grandsons, one granddaughter and one great granddaughter and a host of friends to mourn his loss.
