JOSEPH KNOTT BURIED THURSDAY

Joseph M. Knott, an early resident of Herman, was buried Thursday evening at Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The former county man was well known as an automobile salesman, having been prominent in that business from 1908 until his retirement in 1927.

Survivors include his widow; his mother, Mrs. Robert Knott of Herman; three brothers, Roy of Herman, Floyd and Ervin of Omaha; and a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Fisk of Washington.

The body was interred at Darlington, Wisconsin.
