MRS. MAGGIE WRIGG DEATH VICTIM

Mrs. Maggie Wrigg, a lifelong resident of Washington County, died at her home on Wednesday, May 12. She had been ailing for some time, but her death was a shock both to family and friends.

Funeral services were held Saturday at the Hadan Funeral Home in Bennington, with Rev. Calvin Naugle of Kountze Memorial church of Omaha officiating. Pallbearers were Henry Weseman, John Harden, Thomas Kniep, Gus Auch, Fred Mordhorst and Herman Eicke.

The daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Claus Brandt, Sr., of Blair, Mrs. Wrigg was united in marriage to Claus Peter Wrigg on May 25 1889. To this union were born eight children - five daughters and three sons. The husband died on August 30, 1916.

Survivors include the bereaved children: Mrs. Bertha Ehlers, Mrs. Meta Hinrichsen, Mrs. Elsie Lewis, Mrs. Laura Reed, Mrs. Emelie Johnson, all of Omaha; Claus of Kennard; Max of Waterloo; and William at home.
