Mrs. Ed Hansen died out at their home in Orum at 6:45 last evening of diabetes, from which she had been a sufferer for some months. The funeral will be held at the Danish church in this city at 2:30 Friday afternoon, Dr. P. S. Vig and Rev. H. Nelson officiating. Christine Miller was born in Barstool, Schleswig, Germany May 29, 1887. She came to this country 19 years ago, and was married to Edward Hansen in this city March 25th, 1908. Besides her husband she leaves seven children: Emma, 13; Jens, 12; Meta, 10; Edna, 8; Anna, 6; Esther, 4; and Edward, 1.

YOUNG MOTHER DIES

The death of Mrs. Edward Hansen of Orum occurred at the family home Tuesday, Oct. 31, at 6:45 p.m. of diabetes.

Marie Christiana Miller was born May 29, 1887 at Barstool, Schleswig, Denmark, and was therefore but thirty five years and six months old at the time of her death.

She was married March 25, 1909 at Blair, and was the mother of seven children, all of whom are young and will greatly miss the love and care of their dear mother. They are Emma, aged 13 years; Jens, aged 12 years; Meta, aged 10 years; Edna, aged 8 years; Anna, aged 6 years; Esther, aged 4 years and Edward, aged 1 year. These seven little ones are left to the care of the bereaved husband as there are no close relatives here.

Funeral services will be held at the Danish Lutheran church Friday, Nov. 3, at 2:30 p.m., and burial will be made in the Blair cemetery. Rev. Vig and Rev. Nelson have charge of the services.

Marie Christine Hansen, wife of Edward Hansen living near Orum, died on Tuesday evening, October 31, aged 35 years. Marie Christine was born in Borshbol, Schleswig, (now Denmark) and has resided in Washington county for 19 years. She was married to Edward Hansen March 25, 1908. The funeral will be held from the Danish Lutheran church in Blair at 2:30, November 3, Rev. H. Nielsen, assisted by Rev. Peter Vig, conducting the obsequies. Seven children and the husband survive her. The children are Emma, Jens, Meta, Edna, Anna, Esther and Edward.
