29 Sept., 1921 - The Enterprise - Baby Day (daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Watis Day)

The year old baby daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Watis Day died Saturday night of convulsions. The funeral was held Monday afternoon at two o’clock at the M.E. church with burial in the Herman cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. Day resided near here until two years ago when they moved to a farm near Fontanelle.

The funeral services for Viva Fern, the thirteen months old baby of Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Day, who died at their home following a short illness of summer complaint on Sunday morning, were held from the Methodist church in Herman on Monday afternoon with Rev. C. W. Ford officiating. Interment was made in the Herman cemetery. The grief-stricken parents have the sympathy of the entire community.
