HELEN M. JACOBS, 62

Services will be 11 a.m. Thurs., Oct. 31 at Campbell-Aman Fuenral Home for Helen M. Jacobs who died at Memorial Community Hospital Oct. 28, 1996. Burial will be in the Herman Cemetery.

Helen M. Jacobs was born Feb. 5, 1934 at Morse Bluffs, Neb. to Nye and Helen Eckstein Snyder. She grew up in Tekamah and attended Tekamah Schools.

She was a Stanley Home Products dealer for 30 years. She also did child care in her home for 11 years.

She married Virgil Jacobs Nov. 18, 1952 in Eureka Springs, Ark.

She was preceded in death by her father, Nye and a brother, Jamers "Jim" Snyder.

She is survived by her husband, Virgil; a son, Stuart of Omaha; grandsons, Kyle, Zachery and Taylor; her mother, Helen (Mrs. Nye) Snyder of Fremont; sisters, Marian (Mrs. Norman) Rolloff, Amelia (Mrs. Elmer) Melroy and Leona (Mrs. J.C.) Watson, all of Fremont; brothers, Nye Snyder, Jr., Fremont and Tony Snyder, Fremont; sisters-in-law, Mary Snyder, Fremont; Norma (Mrs. Carl) Helms, Spokane, Wash., Fern (Mrs. Russell) Jacobs, Blair and Shirley (Mrs. Kayo) Moore, Norfolk, Neb.; brothers-in-law, Harold Davis, Blair and Harvey "Buck" Barger of Tekamah and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to Memorial Community Hospital or the Blair Rescue Squad.
