Mr. Lester Jacobs of San Diego, California, passed away September 10, 1972 at the age of 93. He was formerly of Blair. He operated the Dexterville Store in Blair and later farmed in the Maney School District. He has lived in San Diego, California for 35 years.

He is survived by his wife, Edith, formerly Edith Magee of Irvington. They had been married 66 years.

He had three sons, Dale of Blanca, Colorado; Howard of Fremont, South Dakota; and Glen of San Diego, California; and one daughter, Mrs. Rolland Knolls of LaMesa, California. Two brothers, Roy of Blair, and Raymond of Mesa, Arizona and one sister, Mrs. Edward (Verna) Bussie of Downey, California, also survive.

There are several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services were held September 14th in San Diego.
