Gayle Olsen, 57, of Blair, died Sunday, April 22, 2001, at Immanuel Hospital in Omaha.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 24 at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Gayle R. Olsen was born April 7, 1944, in Blair. She was the daughter of Harold and Dorothy (Deets) Johnson. She attended school in Fremont, and graduated from Fremont High School in 1962.

On Aug. 11, 1962, she married Rodney Olsen in Fremont. They lived in Fremont until moving to the Kennard area in 1969. In August, 2000, they moved to Blair.

Mrs. Olsen had worked for D. L. Blair, and was bookkeeper for Olsen Auto Service.

She is survived by her husband, Rodney, son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Renee Olsen, a daughter, Tracey Beerbohm, and four grandchildren, all of Blair; two brothers, Gilbert Johnson of Omaha and Gary Johnson of Texas and one aunt, Delores Patton of Blair.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
