WALTER S. SUTTON RITES SUNDAY

Walter S. Sutton, well known in this community, passed away Thursday, February 19, at the home of his sister, Mrs. R. L. Stalcup of this city.

Deceased was born April 14, 1874, in Carter County, Tennessee and came to this county in his early manhood.

He was married in 1896 to Miss Anna Jensen, and to this union one daughter was born, now Mrs. Benton Marsh of Denver, Colorado, who with one sister, Mrs. R. L. Stalcup, and three brothers, C. R. of Blair; C. C. of Hennessy, Oklahoma; and R. L. of Covington, Oklahoma, survive him.

Funeral services were held on Sunday, February 22, at two o’clock p.m. from the Campbell Mortuary with Rev. T. A. Lindenmeyer officiating, and interment was made in the Blair cemetery.
