MRS. LEVI YORK RITES HELD SUN.

Mrs. Levi York, 71, died last Wednesday at her home near Tekamah. Funeral services were held at the Presbyterian Church at Tekamah Sunday and burial was made in the cemetery there.

As Mary Ray, Mrs. York was born at Huron, Indiana. At the age of 12 she came to the Herman vicinity with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ray. A widow since 1917, she is survived by two sons, Emil and Ray; three daughters, Goldie, Clara and Myrtle; four brothers, Ralph, Fred and Glen of Herman and Clifford of Blair; four sisters, Mrs. Anna Meyers of Blair, Mrs. George Parrish of Walthill, Mrs. Nellie Petersen of Lyons and Miss Grace Ray of Herman; three half sisters, Mrs. Hettie Davis of California, Mrs. Susie Bowden of Lexington, Nebraska and Mrs. Ricky Smith of Craig.
