FORMER BLAIRITE DIES IN CALIF.

John Nelson McEvers passed away of heart trouble July 31 in Los Angeles, California at the age of 60 years. He had lived in Blair and vicinity for a number of years, going to California a year or so ago. He leaves to mourn him three sisters and four brothers, Mrs. Louisa Emory and D. E. McEvers of Los Angeles; F. L. McEvers, Burley, Idaho; C. R. McEvers, Oakley, Idaho; Mrs. D. S. Condit, Mrs. D. A. Phillips and J. A. McEvers of Independence, Mo.

He was laid to rest in the Inglewood cemetery, Inglewood, California.
