ADOLPH PAULSEN, 71, DIES IN HOSPITAL

Adolph Paulsen, 71 year old native of Blair, died at an Omaha hospital on August 5 following three years illness. Funeral services were held at the Hadan mortuary at Bennington, Nebraska Saturday.

Born near Blair on April 24, 1871, the deceased was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Faith while still a child. He was married to Meta Tipke; to their union were born five children. A son, Theodore, and an infant daughter preceded him in death, as well as the wife who died in June, 1919. On October 26, 1927 he was married to Mrs. Elizabeth Lamp.

Mr. Paulson was in the trucking driving business in Bennington. He farmed in Montana for three years, returning to Bennington where he had since operated a filling station.
