EMIL GUSTAFSON BURIED SEPT. 30

Funeral services for A. Emil Gustafson, 75, who died Saturday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Hildegarde Johnson, near Rockford, Illinois, were held at the Telbasta church Wednesday afternoon, September 30, with Student Pastor Harry Mumm in charge.

Born in Sweden April 21, 1867, Mr. Gustafson came to America in 1887, settling near Oakland where he married Selma Warnicke in 1895.

He lived in the Telbasta vicinity for about 26 years. Following his retirement from active farm life, he moved to Rockford.

He is survived by his wife and three daughters, Miss Elin Gustafson of Fremont, Mrs. Edith Blum of Herman, and Mrs. Anna Niederdeppe of Arlington. Two grandchildren also survive.
