PIONEER BURIED HERE MONDAY

Mrs. Luellyn Davies, a pioneer of this county, was buried in the Blair cemetery last Monday, the body being brought here from her home in Lincoln.

Emily Kline was born in this county and grew to womanhood here, and on July 4th, 1875, she was married to Luellyn Davies. To them four children were born, two of whom are still living - a daughter, Mabel, and a son, Stanley, both of Lincoln.

The Davies family lived on a farm in the Sutherland school district for a long term of years, and finally moved to Lincoln. The husband passed on several years ago.

The Klines were prominent in the early history of the county and were extensive land owners in the Cuming City vicinity.
