ADOLPH SCHROEDER HEART VICTIM

Henry Adolph Schroeder of Fort Calhoun died Monday, June 23, of a heart attack. He had been ill for some time and was taken to the Nicholas Senn Hospital in Omaha last Sunday where he died Monday.

He was born January 20, 1875 in Kiel, Germany, and when nine years of age came to America settling in Blair. He was married to Marie Hagge February 21, 1900. The wife passed on in 1910.

A sister, Mrs. Marie Miller of Cedar Bluffs, and a brother, Charles whose address is unknown, survive as do several nephews and nieces. Most of his life was spent around Fort Calhoun, and at the time of his death he was living on a farm west of Fort Calhoun.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock from Fort Calhoun Presbyterian church, and interment was made in the Fort Calhoun cemetery.
