OLD SETTLER DIES IN OMAHA

Frank Pike of Blair, age 73, died Thursday afternoon in an Omaha hospital; three weeks before his death he had fallen at the home of his son, Benjamin Pike of Omaha, breaking his hip. The injury and other complications resulted in his death.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 o’clock p.m. from Fitch, McEachron and Cole mortuary, burial was at Mount Hope in Omaha.

Mr. and Mrs. Pike had recently celebrated their golden wedding anniversary. He is survived by his wife and three children, Mrs. Byron Beard of Liberty, Missouri; Benjamin Pike of Omaha; and a daughter, Margaret of Omaha.
