WM. DAHLKOETTER DIES AT OGALLALA

William Dahlkoetter, formerly of Arlington, died in Ogallala on May 12. Funeral services were held at the Trinity Lutheran church of Ogallala, with the following countians attending: Messrs. and Mesdames Henry Knecht, Otto Knecht, Paul Knecht, W. H. Stork, Ed A. Stork, Leonard Stork, John F. Hilgenkamp; Mrs. Anna Gnuse, George Knecht, John Stork, August Stork, Gilbert Stork, Martin Stork and Walter Stork.

Mr. Dahlkoetter was born September 21, 1867 in Germany, coming to Arlington when 17. On February 17, 1895 he was married to Lizzie Stork at St. Paul’s Lutheran church, and 12 children were born to them. Survivors include the wife, five daughters: Mrs. Henry Knecht, Mrs. Paul Knecht and Mrs. Otto Knecht of Arlington; Mrs. Henry Schmale of North Bend; and Mrs. Otto Grenke of Grant; six sons: Clarence and Ernest of Grant; Melvin, Arthur and Alfred of Ogallala; and Harry of Phoenix, Arizona.
