FORMER BLAIR MAN DEAD AT 82 YEARS

Jens John Jensen, former Blair resident, passed away May 17 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Dena Knudsen of Page, Nebraska. He was 82 years of age.

Born July 2, 1858 in Denmark, Mr. Jensen was married to Anna Kemose May 1, 1888; they came to the United States about 1900, and settled in Washington County. Mrs. Jensen died early last May.

Funeral services were held at Bendorf’s Funeral Home in Blair Tuesday afternoon, and burial was made in Blair cemetery. Rev. Harold Jorgensen conducted the services and interment.
