FORMER BLAIRITE DIES IN OREGON

Word reached Blair recently of the death of Floyd Flinn, formerly of this city. Floyd grew up in Blair. His father, Nelson Flinn, owned and operated a blacksmith and carriage shop near the present Percy Kelly shop.

The family later moved to Omaha and Floyd learned the barber trade and was later a salesman for barber supplies. His health failed him and he went into other work, and last year he went to Portland to be with his daughter.

At his death he was sixty seven years of age. The body was brought to Omaha for interment.
