LIZZIE SCHEER, 70, ARLINGTON, DIES

Funeral services were held at St. Paul’s Lutheran church in Arlington at 2 p.m. Tuesday for Mrs. Lizzie Scheer, 70, who died late Saturday evening in the Dodge County Community hospital at Fremont where she had been confined for several weeks.

Mrs. Scheer, widow of Henry Scheer, lived practically all her life in the Arlington vicinity.

Rev. Carl Hellmann, pastor of the church, officiated. The Chris Bendorf funeral home of Blair was in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include one son, Oscar W. with whom Mrs. Scheer made her home north of Arlington; one daughter, Mrs. Carl Lottman, Arlington; five grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Mary Stork, Arlington; and one brother.
