Survived by wife, Janie; daughters, Vicki (Scott) Barnard, Colorado Springs, CO, Nicole (Garry) Tomasek, of Fremont, and Wendy Mengedoht, of Omaha; son Ricky (Diane) Mengedoht; sister, Patricia Mengedoht; mother-in-law, Caroline Jensen, all of Fremont; sister-in-law, Barb Clapper, of Arlington; 4 grandchildren.

Funeral 10 am Fri., Redeemer Lutheran Church, Hooper. Visitation Thurs 1-9pm with family receiving friends from 6-8pm, and Prayer Service at Thursday 6-8pm, all at funeral home. Visitation Fri at Church 1 hour prior to Service. Burial Salem Fontanelle Cemetery at Fontanelle. Memorials to the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society and to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Hooper.
