Bilyue-Horatio Alexander, son of John and Samantha Ellen Bilyue, was born May 26, 1879, at Blair, Nebraska, and died November 3, 1953, at Scappoose, Oregon, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Leona Ostrem. He had been a member of the Reorganized Church since February 26, 1893.

Surviving are four daughters: Fenza M. Keough of Snohomish, Washington; Mrs. Leona Ostrem of Scappoose, Oregon; Verona I. Skelton of Portland, Oregon; and Marilda Smith of Yakima, Washington; and a sister, Corintha Arnold of Nickerson, Nebraska.

Funeral services were conducted by Elders J. I. Verhei and Lloyd Shannon at the Coleman Chapel in St. Helens, Oregon. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery.
