MRS. MARIE MOSE RITES HELD SUN.

Mrs. Karen Marie Mose, a resident of Blair since 1888, passed away Friday, November 29 in the Good Samaritan Home of Fremont where she had been a patient for the past nine months. She had been in failing health for several years following a paralytic stroke.

Born in Faaborg, Fyer, Denmark on Decmeber 4, 1860, she was married to Rasmus Mose in Denmark, and together they came to the United States and settled at Craig about fifty three years ago. A year later they moved to Blair. Mr. Mose preceded her in death thirty seven years ago.

Survivors are two sons, James of Blair and George of Wichita, Kansas, two granddaughters and a great granddaughter.

Services were conducted at Bendorf Funeral Home and at First Lutheran church Sunday afternoon with Rev. Harold Jorgensen officiating. Burial was made in Blair cemetery.
