JAMES HART, 47, DIES IN TEXAS

James Hart, 47, died November 5 at Pecon, Texas according to word received this week. Mr. Hart was born on a farm northwest of Herman, growing to manhood in that vicinity and graduating from the Herman High School. He later attended Creighton Medical college.

Following his marriage to Miss Mattie Hart, also of Herman, he resided in Montana and Oregon. During the past four years, most of which time he had been in poor health, he made his home in Texas.

Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Josie Hart, a brother, Carl, and a sister, Thelma, all of Glendale, California.
