WILLIAM OLSON BURIED TUESDAY

William Olson, 70, of Herman was buried at Herman cemetery Tuesday, September 10, following services at the Herman Baptist church. Rev. A. W. Clarks officiated; music was furnished by Mrs. C. E. Johnson, Mrs. Harley Rogert, Fred Robertson and C. R. Gray, with Mrs. G. F. Lowe at the piano.

Mr. Olson, who died at his home west of Herman on September 8, was born at Herman on March 4, 1870. He was married to Ellen Leonard at Blair on March 1, 1892. Surviving besides the widow are two sisters, Mrs. Mary Rosen of Kennard and Mrs. Joe Johnson of Blair; he was the last of four brothers.

WILLIAM OLSON OF HERMAN DIES

LIFETIME RESIDENT OF HERMAN VICINITY DIED SUNDAY AT AGE 70

William Olson, 70, lifetime farm resident in the Herman vicinity, died Sunday at his home west of Herman. Funeral services were held at the Herman Baptist church at 2 p.m. Tuesday, the Rev. A.W. Clarke of the Methodist church was in charge. Burial was in the Blair cemetery.

William Robert Olson was born at Herman March 4, 1870. On March 1, 1893, he was married in Blair to Miss Ellen Leonard. She survives, as do two sisters, Mrs. Mary Rosenbaum of Kennard and Mrs. Joseph Johnson of Blair. Mr. Olson was the last of four brothers.
