MINNIE RIX RITES TUESDAY

Minnie Rix, a native of this county, was born on the Rix farm one mile north of Nashville on July 6, 1874 and spent her early life there. Later the family moved to Fort Calhoun where she lived until her death on July 13th.

She is survived by her sister, Emma, two nieces, three nephews, three grand nieces and one grand nephew.

Funeral services were held in the Presbyterian church in Fort Calhoun on Monday, July 15th, with Rev. Robert Donaldson officiating, and interment was made in the Fort Calhoun cemetery.
