H. C. HANSEN RITES FRIDAY

H. C. Hansen of the Orum neighborhood died at Omaha on June 18 being 53 years, 3 months, and 14 days old. He was born in Omaha and with the family moved to the farm where he spent most of his life.

He was married to Cassie Hastings of the Rose Hill vicinity on August 18, 1915, and to this union four children were born, Mrs. Harold Stork, Mrs. Gifford French and Harvey and Hazel at home. These with the wife deeply mourn his death. Not only will the immediate family miss him, but his old friends who had learned to respect him during his residence of fifty years in their midst.

He also leaves a brother, Rasmus of Rose Hill and two sisters, Mrs. Lars Larson of Kennard and Mrs. John X. Hanson of Herman to mourn him.

Funeral servies will be held tomorrow, Friday, at the Rose Hill church at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. A. W. Clarke of Herman officiating, and interment will be made in the Blair cemetery with the Bendorf Funeral service in charge. At the grave the ceremonies will be in charge of the I.O.O.F. of which his was a member.
