MILDRED L. JAEGER, 88

Mildred L. Jaeger, 88, of Blair died Saturday, March 10, 2001, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, at Good Shepherd Chapel, with interment at the Blair Cemetery.

Mildred L. Jaeger was born Oct. 10, 1912 in Colorado to Freeman and Cassildia (Minnick) Borland. She lived in several different communities, until she married Victor Jaeger in Beatrice on July 29, 1935. The couple moved to the Blair area in the early 1950s.

Mrs. Jaeger enjoyed gardening and growing flowers. She dedicated her life to caring for and loving her family.

She is survived by her husband, Victor, two daughters and a son-in-law, Ruth Daniels of Blair, and Lucretia and Don Galloway of Underwood, Iowa, a son, William, five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a brother, Floyd Borland of Columbus.

She was preceded in death by two daughters, Shirley and Hannah, a son, Victor, great-grandson, James Eastwood, a sister, Marie, and son-in-law, Johnnie Daniels.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair is in charge of arrangements.
