FORMER RESIDENT DIES IN CALIF.

Chris J. Petersen received word Sunday of the death of his aunt, Mrs. Paul Petersen, at the home of her son, John, in San Diego, California. She had passed away on Saturday. Surviving are three sons, Edmund of Omaha and John and Paul, Jr. of San Diego. Her husband preceded her in death about thirteen years ago. Mrs. Petersen is well known in Blair where her husband, Paul Petersen, was in business. He was for a time head of the Danish Lutheran Publishing House, and later in the real estate and insurance business.

Note: The Vig notes at the Danish American Archives has her name recorded as Emma B., her birth August 31, 1874 and her death date ans January 7, 1974. Her husband Paul died in 1927 in Omaha. Three children Johannes, Paul and Edmund.
