Elizabeth Margaret Pingel was born in Germany on November 10th, 1864 and died at her home in Arlington on Tuesday, May 13th.

With her parents she came to America at the age of five years. They settled in Keystone, Iowa where she received her education and lived there until her marriage to Claus Franzenburg on January 12, 1883.

Following their marriage they moved to Nebraska, settling in Arlington in May of 1896 Two children were born to them Jake of Arlington and Mrs. Emma Newell of Riverside, California. Mr. Franzenburg passed away June 15th, 1903.

On September 20th, 1910 she was married to A. M. Robinson who died February 26th, 1945.

Besides her two children she leaves to mourn her death four grandchildren and many warm friends in Arlington.

The funeral services were held at the Reckmeyer Funeral Home in Arlington at 2 o’clock May 15 with Rev. A. W. Clarke officiating, and interment was made in the Arlington cemetery.

The pallbearers were Rodney Petersen, Bud Badger, Rich Melvard, Ollie Halbeck, Raymond Ludwig and George Schoettger.
