MRS. RASMUS HENDRICKSEN DIES IN GRAND ISLAND

Mrs. Ramus Hendricksen passed away on Febr. 24th at the hospital at the Soldiers and Sailors Home in Grand Island following an illness of about two years’ duration.

She was born at Carbine, Wyoming on September 1st, 1875, and came to this county as a young girl and was reared in the Admah vicinity.

On March 20, 1901 she was married to Rasmus Hendricksen, and they immediately went to farming in the northern part of the county where they resided until 1925 when they moved to Blair. Mrs. Hendricksen became ill in 1929, and the couple spent six months at Battle Mountain, South Dakota, returning to Blair where they resided until 1933 when they went to the Home at Grand Island.

Of a family of six children four survive, and with the husband mourn her passing. Those who survive are Mrs. Charles Thielfoldt of Herman; Mrs. Alfrted Enger of Blair; LeRoy Hendricksen of Omaha; and Leonard Hendricksen of Bremerton, Washington.
