JOHN L. WOLF DIES OF HEART ATTACK

John L. Wolfe, farmer, residing north of Arlington died Saturday at 3 o’clock p.m. at his home following a heart attack which cost him his life.

Deceased was born in Pearl City, Illinois and was sixty one years of age. In an early day he came to Nebraska, settling near Lincoln where he resided until he moved to this county in 1943.

He farmed south of Kennard for two years and last year purchased the farm where the family resides.

While he had been in this county but a short time he had made many friends who appreciated him for his straightforward manner of life. Always honest and fair in his dealings, he made real friends who will long remember him.

He leaves to mourn him his wife, one son, Leland and a daughter, Mrs. John Mackin and a grandson besides three sisters, one of whom resides in Philadelphia, one in Evanston, Illinois and one in Lincoln.

Funeral services were held in Arlington on Monday, and interment was made Tuesday in Memorial Park of Lincoln.

Services were held at the Reckmeyer Chapel on Monday for John Wolfe who passed away on Saturday. Further funeral services were held on Tuesday in Lincoln, near where he homesteaded and burial was made in Lincoln.
