HENRY MISFELDT BURIED SUNDAY

Henry Misfeldt, 79 years of age, died at his home in Omaha on December 27th after an illness of eight years which was brought on by a stroke.

Deceased was born in Davenport, Iowa on September 19, 1868, and when a small boy moved with his parents to this county, settling on a farm in the Sunny Side school district where he grew to manhood. He was married to Adele Gottsch in 1888.

After Mrs. Misfeldt’s death, he married Miss Maggie Gottsch who passed away in 1920. The surviving children are Chas. of Blair; Mrs. Adele Lamb and Mrs Eller Richter, both of Long Beach, California; Helen and Howard at home; George of Washington; and Harold of Kennard.

Besides the members of his immediate family he leaves two brothers, Fred of Blair and Will of Winside, Nebraska, and three sisters, Mrs. Lena Rhea of California; Mrs. Minnie Hitchcock of Kansas City, Mo.; and Mrs. Ray Brown of Kennard.

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the Bendorf Funeral Home, Blair, with Rev. Clarke of Arlington officiating.
