LOUIE GRIMM RITES WEDNESDAY

Louie Grimm, son of the late Mr. and Mrs.Hans Grimm, died at his home on West Grant Street on November 19. He had been ill for years and bedfast for several months.

He was born January 3rd, 1876 on the old home farm just east of Blair.

He was married November 11, 1913 to Miss Elizabeth Quinlan. Mr. Grimm was a farmer and they immediately took up farming.

Two children were born to Mr. and Mrs Grimm, a daughter, Elizabeth K., and a son, Louis E., both living and with their mother grieve deeply their great loss.

Besides these already mentioned, he leaves three brothers, Edward D. and J. H. Grimm of Blair and Dr. Arthur Grimm of New York City and a sister, Mrs. Anna Peterson of Blair.

Funeral services were held Wednesday morning at 9 o’clock at the St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Blair with Rev. Edward O’Donnell officiating, and interment under the supervision of the Campbell Mortuary was made in the Holy Cross cemetery at Blair.

The pallbearers were old friends of the family and were as follows: Bernard Reeh, Reed O’Hanlon, Jr., Bernard Thompson, John Sully, John Leehy and Mark Beaty.
