SERVICES FOR RUDY JAPP TO BE THURSDAY

Rudolph Joseph Japp, well-known Kennard farmer for many years, passed away in Blair, Nebraska, on Monday, February 6, at the age of 80 years, 4 months and 26 days. He was born to William and Dora Japp on September 10, 1897.

He lived with his parents on the home place. He was a veteran of World War II and was a member of the American Legion.

His parents passed away in 1953 and 1957. Hhe then lived there alone until June, 1976, when he moved into an apartment in Blair. He had been in fairly good health until his death.

Two brothers, Walter and Fritz Japp of Kennard and one sister, Mrs. Paul Wulf, of Blair, are the survivors.

Funeral services will be held at the Campbell Mortuary on Thursday, February 9 at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Wayne Josephson will officiate.

Pallbearers will be six nephews: Lyle and Walter Japp, Jr., Richard and William Japp, Donald and Clifford Wulf.

Interment will be at Kennard Cemetery with Campbell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
