ARTHUR P. NELSON BURIED FEB. 23

Arthur P. Nelson of Ft. Calhoun, died of a heart attack Feb. 21st at the Lutheran Hospital in Omaha. He was fifty five years of age and had lived in the Calhoun vicinity all his life. He served in the first World War and after receiving his discharge, came back to the old home and peacefully settled down to farming.

His parents are both dead and a sister, Mary, kept house for him. He leaves two sisters, Mary at home and Mrs. Anna Peterson of Omaha and one brother, Frank of O’Neill who is state senator from that district.

Funeral services were held Friday, Feb. 23, from the Presbyterian church in Calhoun with the pastor, Rev. Jackson, giving the funeral oration, and interment under the supervision of the Sievers Mortuary was made in the Forest Lawn cemetery of Omaha.
