Funeral services for John Strickland, 90, of Omaha were held Thursday at the In the Garden Mortuary in Omaha with burial in the Ridge cemetery in Fremont. Mr. Strickland died at his home in Omaha Monday after an illness of several months. He was a retired railroad man living in the Arlington vicinity many years. Survivors include one brother, Dr. William Strickland of Omaha and several nieces and nephews including Harry and Will Osterman and Mrs. Alice Newcom of Arlington.
