HENRY JOHN JAPP RITES WERE MONDAY

Services for Henry John Japp, 47, of the Kennard vicinity, were held Monday, May 29th, from the Bendorf Funeral Home in Blair.

The deceased was born September 10, 1902, and passed away May 27th at Beatrice, Nebraska, where he had been a resident for 39 years. Burial was made in the Kennard cemetery. The Rev. Home L. Dickerson, pastor of the Methodist church at Blair, was in charge of the funeral services.

The deceased leaves his mother, Mrs. Emma Japp of Kennard, and a number of brothers and sisters. Three brothers, George, Lester and Wilmer are residents of Kennard. Another brother, August, resides at St. Libory, Nebraska, and Elmer lives at Norfolk.

Five sisters survive, they being Mrs. Elsie Ensign of Lake Villa, Ill.; Mrs. Marrie Ensign of McHenry, Ill.; Mrs. Ruby Wingate, Crystal Lake, Ill.; Mrs. Lora Groves of Omaha and Mrs. Anna Kronberg, Denison, Iowa.
