HANS HANSEN, 88, DIED AT ARLINGTON

Arlington - Hans Hansen, 88, died at his home here early Saturday morning after having been in failing health since February.

Mr. Hansen was born at Fyn, Denmark in May, 1861, and immigrated to Pennsylvania. He had lived here since 1883.

On March 15, 1885 he was married to Karen Karoline Madsen at Fremont. She died Dec. 11, 1948.

Survivors are five daughters, Mrs. E. G. Phillips and Mrs. L. W. Weigand of Fremont; Mrs. Fern J. Porter of Lincoln; Agnes Hansen of Arlington; and Mary Hansen of Omaha; a son, Julius R. of Lincoln; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

The Fred Bader Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
