MABEL DASHNER DIES APRIL 22ND

Mabel Dashner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas and Amanda Carter, pioneers of this county, died April 22, 1949 in the Mercy Hospital in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Mrs. Dashner, as Mabel Carter, was born near DeSoto October 15, 1875. She was married to Frank Eugene Dashner on April 15, 1895, and to them six children were born.

Besides the husband, she is survived by the children and four grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Marian Sutherland of Ojar, Calif.
