AUG. KAUFMANN RITES TODAY

Miss Augusta Kaufmann, who has lived in Fontanelle, Nebr. since 1927 passed away at the Blair hospital Sunday, Feb. 13 after a long illness.

Miss Kaufmann was born Nov. 8, 1880 at Kaiserslautern, Germany, and came to the United States in 1927, coming directly to Fontanelle where she has made her home with her sister ever since.

Surviving are two sisters Miss Emilie Kaufmann of Fontanelle and Mrs. Magdalene Koch of Germany.

Funeral services were held this afternoon, Thursday, at the Fontanelle cemetery with Benforf Mortuary in charge.
