Tom Dein, age 75 of Blair, passed away October 9, 2020 at his home. Private family services will be held.

Tom was born on December 25, 1944 in Omaha, Nebraska, the son of Larry and Winnifred Dein. He graduated from Blair High School in 1963. Tom farmed in the rural Blair area, was a John Deere mechanic at Schuster's Implement in Blair, and with the Washington County Roads Department.

On July 22, 1973 he was united in marriage to Lois Boham. Tom enjoyed his yearly vacations, fishing, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife Lois, 3 sons; Kolby (Michele) of Blair, Jeremy (Liz) of Elkhorn and Josh (Mikala) of Blair, grandchildren; Triston, Addalyn, Brody, Colton, and one on the way, siblings; brother Jim (Denise), sister Lynda (Randy) Truhlsen, sister Pat (Sam) Wright, along with several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
