22 Jan., 1908 - The Pilot - Harvey Justice

Harvey Justice died at his farm home in DeSoto township at 1:30 yesterday morning of tubular cancer, after an illness of over a years’ duration. The funeral is to be held at the Latter Day Saints church in this city at 1 o’clock this afternoon, Elder H. S. Lytle officiating. Deceased was born in Henry county Ind. 1826 and was married there to Miss Davey Amanda Templeton, a sister to Mrs. Thos. Kennard of Lincoln, Neb. They came to this county in 1866 and lived on the Kennard farm until about twelve years ago when he bought the little farm where his death occurred. His wife died about three years ago. He leaves three sons, James, Chas. and Benjamin and three daughters, Mrs. Freeman Tucker, Mrs. John Gourmatz and Mrs. Henry Boucher of Homer, Okla.
