W. H. Charlot died last Thursday at his farm out in the Sutherland school district of Bright’s disease. The funeral was held at the Methodist church in this city at 3 o’clock Friday afternoon, Rev. Vallow officiating. Mr. Charlot was born in England about 51 years ago, and has been a resident of this county for the past twenty years. He married Miss Ellen Wilson, a sister of Wm. Wilson, and he now leaves three children besides her to mourn his early demise. He was a prominent and prosperous farmer and a good and kindly citizen and will be greatly missed by a large circle of friends.
