The sad news was received in Arlington Wednesday of the death of Mrs. D. W. McVey of Omaha on Tuesday night. The funeral services were held at the residence in Omaha Thursday and the remains arrived in Arlington at 4 p.m. the same day and were laid away in the Arlington cemetery. Mrs. McVey is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Miller of Arlington and had many warm friends among our people, with whom she was always a favorite. The bereaved parents and brothers and sisters have the sympathy of the entire community in their affliction.
