Pauline, the little 8 year old daughter of Jos. S. Moore of Greensboro, N.C. was accidentally burned last Thursday so badly that death occurred that same night. She was playing in the yard and it is believed that she scuffed a match in some way which ignited her clothing. Her grandmother, Mrs. W. H. Eller, ran to her assistance and was also quite badly burned, The funeral was held on Friday from Judge Eller’s residence. Mrs. Jos. Moore was known here as Miss Julie Eller, who died about five years ago. Mr. Moore has since remarried.
