Irene Champ, 91 of Blair passed away November 30, 2020 at Memorial Community Hospital. Services will be held Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 1 PM at the Blair Cemetery. A live stream will be available on the Campbell Aman Funeral Home Facebook page.

Irene was born July 3, 1929 to Roy and Clara Greider in Diller, Nebraska. Irene married Delmar Champ on September 16, 1947. The couple had six daughters: Susan Gerdes, Jean (George) Voigtlander, Penney Champ, Connie (Randy) Barnes, Amy (David) Young and Teresa Champ. Irene enjoyed her family, word puzzles, watching the birds, Nebraska games, reading and visiting with friends.

Irene is survived by her children, grandchildren: Andrew (Wai Si) Rob (Rebecca), Maggie, Clare (Pete), Cherri, Walt and Charlie; great grandchildren: Tyler, Caroline, Scarlet, Rex, Knox, Dash, Jakobie, Dalton, Jordyn, and Madi; and great great grandchild Jasper.

Irene was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son-in-law Bob Gerdes.
