Mrs. Jens Christenssen, living about six miles west of Herman, died of lockjaw at the Clarkson hospital Sunday. The body was brought to Herman Monday, and the funeral was from the house Tuesday morning. Mrs. Christensen had been suffering from an ulcer on the leg which caused the lockjaw to set in. She leaves a husband and five small children. They have lived in the county for some fifteen years, and their many friends extend sympathy to the family in their sad bereavement.
