Lee Carson, who is a distant relative of Frank Clifton, shot himself in the left breast last Friday afternoon at the Clifton home, with suicidal intent. His wife was in the same room and without a moment’s warning he sent a bullet through his body. Drs. Stewart, Robinson and Longstaff were called and dressed the wound. He moved here about three weeks ago, and up to the time of going to press no cause is known for his committing the deed.
